Hot Stone Massage: Heated basalt or Himalayan Salt stones are placed on key points of the body and also used to massage muscle tissue. Cupping Therapy: Silicone cups are placed on areas of tension to create suction, which causes the skin and superficial tissue to lift slightly. This helps to increase blood circulation helping to encourage healing and promote lymphatic drainage and detoxification.

Brown Sugar Foot Scrub: A favorite for rough dry feet, the essential oils and sugar help to exfoliate dead skin cells and calluses. Feet are first treated to warm towel compresses before the scrub is applied, and when removed the feet are massaged for several minutes with a softening foot cream. Choose from lavender peppermint, lavender tangerine or ask about seasonal scents.

Warming/Cooling Deep Muscle Treatment: Perfect for those who suffer from areas of chronic pain, therapeutic warming gel is first applied with deep strokes and friction to help break up muscle adhesions. After a warm towel compress, cooling gel is then applied to invigorate and release pain and tension in the muscles.

Lavender Nirvana Warm Oil Scalp Massage: A wonderful solution for those who suffer from tension headaches, warmed lavender oil is massaged into the head, neck and shoulders for approximately 10 minutes at the start of your massage. Mini Hot Stone Add On: Hot Stones are strategically placed on the back and used to massage sore areas for approximately 10 minutes after the back is massaged. The additional heat will melt away tension and relieve accumulated stress, which will leave you feeling peaceful and relaxed.
