2. Clients must schedule in advance. Walk in appointments are not available and same day appointments are limited.

3. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to complete the initial consultation, to complete paperwork and use the restroom in necessary. You do not need to arrive any earlier than 10 minutes. We do not have a waiting area and are sometimes still flipping the room in between clients.

4.  Late Arrivals:  Your session will end at the scheduled time unless the therapist has time to extend your session. Full session fees still apply.

5. Minimum Age:  Clients under 18 require parent/guardian consent.

​

6. Clients must disclose medical conditions, allergies, injuries, pregnancy, or recent surgeries before treatment.

Payment and Cancellations

​

1.  Payment is required at the time of service. Payment methods can include cash, credit/debit cards, Zelle or Venmo. NJ State Sales tax of 6.625% will be automatically added to Credit/Debit card, Zelle and Venmo payments.

2. First time clients will be required to hold their appointment with a credit/debit card. In the event of last minute cancellations, a $30.00 fee will apply in order to reschedule your sppointment. If you fail to show up for your appointment without contacting us, the entire service fee will be charged to your card.

3. Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes things happen that are out of our control. Unfortunately, our time is valuable and if you miss or cancel your scheduled appointment with less than 12 hours notice you will be charged $30.00 to reschedule or the entire service fee if you fail to show up without contacting us. The fee may be waived for special circumstances, especially if you are a regular valued client and it's your first time having to reschedule or cancel on the day of your scheduled appointment.
