2. CANCELLATION POLICY: We understand that sometimes things happen that are out of our control. Unfortunately, our time is valuable and if you miss your scheduled appointment or cancel with less than 12 hours notice, you will be charged a $30.00 rescheduling fee. The fee may be waived for special circumstances, especially if you are a regular valued client and it's your first time having to reschedule or cancel on the day of your scheduled appointment.
